Traffic aide mauled
A TRAFFIC enforcer was mauled by a tricycle driver after they argued in barangay Tabunok, Talisay City, southern Cebu, last Wednesday afternoon.
Before the mauling, traffic enforcer Jeffrey Robles, 30, reprimanded Delamu Elga for improperly parking his tricycle and causing a traffic jam.
After moving his tricycle, Robles confronted Elga and punched the traffic enforcer in the face.
Another man arrived and joined in mauling Robles. Fellow traffic enforcers arrived and arrested Elga, while the other man fled./CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
