MANILA, Philippines — In Pasay City, two men were gunned down inside a billiards hall early Thursday morning, the Southern Police District (SPD) reported.
Authorities said two unidentified men attacked Jojit Carpe, 49, and Jerick Belga, 39, around 12:15 a.m. inside the billiards hall located along Saint James Street, Barangay 179 in Maricaban.

Based on the police’s initial investigation, Carpe, Belga, and two other men were playing billiards when the suspects arrived and shot the victims.
Carpe and Belga were rushed to Pasay City General Hospital but were declared dead on arrival.
Police said a manhunt was launched to pursue the two suspects.
