MANILA, Philippines —  Makati City Mayor Abby Binay met with Pampanga officials in Sta. Rita on Friday to share best practices  and other local government matters and initiatives.

In a Facebook post, the Makati City local government unit said Binay was accompanied by former president and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and former Rep. Mikey Arroyo to the event.

“The mayor was warmly welcomed by local officials and employees of Sta. Rita, Porac, Floridablanca, Lubao and Guagua,” the post read.

The city said it has been regularly hosting officials and employees from other localities to discuss best practices for digital initiatives to improve social services in their areas and enhance the resilience of their constituents.
