MANILA, Philippines — Local flights have been canceled on Tuesday due to inclement weather, said the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).
According to the MIAA, flights have been grounded “due to unfavorable weather conditions at [the] destination.”

Below is the list of canceled flights as of 8 a.m.:
CebGo (DG)
- DG 6031/6032: Manila –San Jose – Manila
- DG 6113/6114: Manila – Naga – Manila
- DG 6118: Naga – Manila
- DG 6117: Manila – Naga – Manila
CAAP said a total of 225 passengers were affected by the flight cancellations in Naga City.
The canceled flights also came amid the presence of Typhoon Aghon (international name: Ewiniar).
While the state bureau said the effects of the typhoon weakened as it moved away from the country’s landmass, the enhanced southwesterly wind flow is forecast to bring heavy rain over several parts of Luzon and Visayas.
