Over P88,000 shabu seized in Mabalacat City drug den; 3 nabbed

MABALACAT CITY, PAMPANGA — Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 3 (PDEA 3) and police confiscated more than P88,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) at a raid Friday in a suspected drug den in this city.

The lawmen also arrested at 1:48 p.m. the alleged maintainer, identified as “Muare,” and his two companions in the house-turned-drug den in San Joaquin village, the PDEA 3 said in a statement.

The PDEA said the anti-illegal drug operation also resulted in the seizure of 13 grams of shabu with a street value of P88,400.

The suspects are facing charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
