Boy nabbed for rape
A 16-YEAR-OLD boy facing rape charges was arrested by police in barangay Labangon, Cebu City.
Members of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Central Visayas (CIDG-7) was armed with a warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Hermes Montero of Branch 59 when they arrested the boy in his rented house in Tres De Abril Street yesterday morning.
No bail was recommended for the boy’s temporary liberty.

Police said the rape happened last year in Tabuelan town, north Cebu.
