Meralco advisory on power interruptions in some parts of Metro Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Some parts of Quezon City, Caloocan City, and Malabon City will experience temporary power interruptions on May 18, the Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) advised.

Below is the list of areas as well as the time when power will be temporarily cut down:

Quezon City, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m

Due to line reconductoring works along Masaya and Maginhawa Streets in Barangays UP Village and San Vicente in Diliman

• Portion of Masaya Street from Commonwealth Avenue to near Maharlika St. in Barangays UP Village and San Vicente
• Portion of Maginhawa Street from Masaya Street to Mahusay Street in Barangay UP Village
• Portion of Malinis Street from Matiwasay Street to Mahusay Street in Barangay UP Village
• Portion of Matiwasay Street from Maliwanag Street to Malinis Street including Esquinita Street in Barangays UP Village and San Vicente
• Portion of Maayusin Street from Malambing Street to and including San Vicente Elementary School; Maalindog, Mapayapa, San Vicente Eskinita 1 and 2, Lourdes and Maliwanag Streets in Barangays UP Village and San Vicente
