MANILA, Philippines — Ferdinand Guerrero, co-accused of Cedric Lee in the illegal detention case of actor-TV host Vhong Navarro, has surrendered to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

The bureau said Guerrero turned himself over last May 16 and manifested his willingness to surrender to NBI Director Medardo G. de Lemos after the Taguig City Regional Trial Court issued a warrant of arrest against him for serious illegal detention for the ransom of Navarro.
