DOH warns public about fake video of Herbosa circulating online
MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Health (DOH) cautioned the public on Wednesday about a fake video featuring Health Secretary Teodoro Herbosa.
According to the DOH, the video was maliciously edited, and the claims made in it were false.

“The DOH clarifies that none of the allegations stated in the video are true and that the purported interview with the official has been maliciously edited,” DOH said in its advisory.
The department added that it may pursue charges against the entities behind the video and advised the public to be vigilant of similar posts.
“The DOH continues to enjoin the public to source information only from legitimate sources and platforms such as the health department […],” it added.
