MANILA, Philippines — Parts of northern Luzon may experience rainy weather brought by a shear line, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), rain may ensue in the regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will have generally humid weather, with some chances of isolated thunderstorms from afternoon to evening due to the easterly winds.

(The easterlies will still bring humid weather at noon to our country, while there are considerable chances of isolated thunderstorms from afternoon to evening; usually, these last from one to two hours.)

Badrina added that no low-pressure areas were being monitored inside and outside the Philippine area of responsibility and that the chance of a tropical cyclone forming by the end of the week was low.
