In attendance were Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff General Romero Brawner, Special Assistant to the President Secretary Antonio Ernesto F. Lagdameo Jr., and other executives.
While the Palace has not divulged any details on the consecutive command conferences with two-thirds of the AFP, they come amid internal and security concerns.
The Marcos administration has been plagued with rumors of a destabilization plot supposedly involving former military and police officials allegedly planning to ouster the President.
