MANILA, Philippines — The canteen of Ernesto Rondon High School in Project 6, Quezon City, caught fire on Thursday morning.

School clerk Belle Donato told INQUIRER.net over the phone that the blaze started at 10:15 a.m. and was put out shortly before 11 a.m.

She said the fire allegedly ignited from piles of papers in the canteen.

The Bureau of Fire Protection has yet to release a report on the incident.
