Fetus dumped in Lucena City

LUCENA CITY — A dead fetus, believed to be 5 months old, was found on Tuesday, May 7, in this city’s coastal village.
The Lucena police said in a report on Wednesday, May 8, that a villager found around 6:15 a.m. the fetus lying on a grassy area in Barangay Talao-Talao.

The villager immediately reported his discovery to the barangay officials.
