LUCENA CITY — A 45-year-old Chinese man was found abandoned on Thursday, May 2, in Rodriguez, Rizal, after being freed by his unidentified captors due to his gambling debts.

In a report, the Region 4A police said villagers found “An Hai Yang,” a resident of Parañaque City, at around 6:30 am. along Macabud Road in Barangay Macabud.

He was brought to Casimiro Ynares Hospital in the locality for a medical check-up.
