After an astounding first year of operation, ThreeSixty Pharmacy paid things forward by donating P500,000 to Red Cross to help the earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan.
The pharmacy handed over the check during its anniversary celebration to the Philippine Red Cross in behalf of the Japan Red Cross Society.
The amount was taken from the proceeds of the “One Thousand Cranes Run,” a fun run held last month in Asiatown IT Park in Apas, Cebu City.
The run got its name from an ancient Japanese legend that promises long life or recovery from illness to anyone who folds a thousand origami cranes.
The donation was among the highlights of ThreeSixty Pharmacy’s anniversary activities from May 27 to 29 at the Ayala Center Cebu that featured celebrities James Yap, Isabel Oli and Giselle Sanchez.
