LUCENA CITY — Four suspected drug traffickers were arrested on Tuesday, April 30, in buy-bust operations in Cavite and Rizal provinces and yielded over P299,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) and an illegal firearm, the police said.
In a report Wednesday, the Police Region 4A said its drug enforcers arrested two pushers identified as “Bogard” and “Roderico” at 9:05 p.m. in Antipolo, Rizal after they sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover police officer.
Seized from the suspects were 20 sachets with shabu weighing 21 grams worth P142,800.
Also confiscated from the duo was an undocumented .38 caliber gun loaded with three bullets.

In Dasmariñas City, Cavite, police officers arrested two drug pushers identified as “Jerry” and “Mar” in a sting operation around 10 p.m.
The cops caught the suspects with six sachets of meth weighing 23 grams with a DDB value of P156,400.
Authorities also seized two mobile phones in the Rizal and Cavite operations, which will be subjected to digital forensic examinations if they have records of drug transactions.
All suspects are under police custody and will face a formal complaint for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The two suspects from Antipolo City will also face another case for illegal possession of a firearm.
