Fit Fil sports boot camp starts at the terraces in Ayala

The Fit Fil fitness sports boot camp kicks off today with around 200 participants expected to sweat it out at The Terraces of the Ayala Center Cebu.

The boot camp kicks off at  6 p.m. and will be spearheaded by international sports science expert and Philippine Team conditioning coach Jim Saret.

Former Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition contestants  Raffy Tan, Hazel Chua, Destiny Duarte, Winwin Cabinta, Edden Cruz,  Leigh Villegas and Alan Choachuy will be assisting Saret. They will be joined by  Eric Limatog.

“We guarantee a better result because we are aiming to promote a healthy and fit lifestyle for the Filipinos,” said Choachuy.

The camp will be held three times a week. Every Tuesdays and Thursdays, the camp will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. On Satudays, it will be held from 6 to 8 a.m. CORRESPONDENT DALE G. ROSAL
