MANILA, Philippines — The local government (LGU) of Manila said on Tuesday that its LGU office work schedule will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. starting May 2.
According to the city of Manila, this was in accordance with Executive Order No. 22, Series of 2024.

In the same announcement, it said the Manila Health Department will adjust its working hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for its health centers.
“With this, the Manila Health Department advised the public that working hours of all 44 health centers in the city would be adjusted to 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. every weekday and advise the public to register in their facilities before 6 a.m. to promptly receive their services at 7 a.m.,” the Manila Public Information Office said in a Facebook post.
The operating hours of the Arroceros Forest Park and the Paraiso ng Batang Maynila Park were likewise adjusted from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Other parks, plazas, and open spaces without enclosed gates will remain accessible at all times, it added.
