MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Pasig City government have solidified a partnership for in-city housing projects aimed at informal settler families and low-income residents under the National Housing Program for Filipinos (4PH).

Housing Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar and Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday, laying the groundwork for the joint housing initiative.

Sotto discussed the city’s initial plans for two housing projects intended for informal settler families during the signing event.
