Dole readies job fairs in every province
MANILA, Philippines — Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma on Saturday said the agency plans to bring more job fairs and Kadiwa ng Pangulo outlets closer to Filipino workers and job seekers in celebration of the 122nd Labor Day on May 1.
The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) invited job seekers to visit any of the 96 job fair sites where 1,901 participating employers will offer 154,470 job vacancies as of date.

According to the agency, the top vacancies this year are production workers, customer service representatives, cashiers, baggers, sales clerks, laborers, carpenters, painters, microfinance officers, financial advisers, service crew, cooks, waiters, truck drivers, nurses, property consultants and tutors.
