LIST: Water interruptions in Metro Manila, Rizal areas from April 22 to 25

MANILA, Philippines — East Zone concessionaire Manila Water Company Inc. announced that some areas in Metro Manila and Rizal may experience water supply lapses from April 22 to April 25 due to service maintenance works.

In its advisory, Manila Water said that water interruptions may occur at the locations listed below:

• April 22, 9:00 pm – April 23, 4:00 am
  • Location: Magsaysay cor Sgt. Yabut, Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
  • Areas that may be affected: Parts of Brgy. Guadalupe Nuevo, Pinagkaisahan & Pitogo(J.P. Rizal, Antipolo, Urdaneta, Manggahan, Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe, La Consolation, Agutay, Siquijor, Balabac, Corregidor, Cuyo, Biliran, Mactan, Danlig, Harvard, Jervios, Tolentino, Ensueno, Kalayaan, Danlig, Iran, Sta. Rita, Buencamino, Gov. Noble, Del Carmen, Yabut, Camino Dela Fe & Escuela)

Manila Water likewise advised its customers to store enough water for the duration of the service interruptions and to let the water flow for a few moments before using it.

“After the activity and once water service is restored, please conduct flushing by letting the water flow out of your taps for a few minutes until it becomes clear,” it said.
