MANILA, Philippines — No weather disturbances were seen to affect the country anytime soon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday.
In an early morning forecast, Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the archipelago will still experience clear and cloudless skies on Friday, April 19.
He added that a hot and humid climate will persist over the country, particularly from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Kahit na makararanas po tayo ng maganda at maaliwalas na panahon, may tyansa pa rin po ng mga sandaling pag-ulan sa bansa lalo na sa bandang Visayas at sa Mindanao,” Aurelio said.
(Even though we will experience pleasant and clear weather, there is still a chance of rain in the country, especially in the Visayas and Mindanao.)
