Plane carrying 21 crashes in northern Nepal
KATMANDU — Police says a plane with 21 people on board has crashed in Nepal’s mountainous north.
Police said the plane crashed Monday while trying to land at the Jomsom Airport, a gateway to a popular tourist and trekking area. It belongs to local airline company Agri Air.
Police and soldiers have rushed to the area. Details were not immediately available.
