MANILA, Philippines — A fire hit three abandoned stalls at the Department of Public Works and Highways compound along Edsa Kamuning in Quezon City on Tuesday morning.

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the blaze started at 1:35 a.m. and was raised to the first alarm by 1:43 a.m.

Firefighters subdued the fire at 1:55 a.m. and extinguished it five minutes later, the BFP said.

As of writing, BFP investigators are still determining the cause of the blaze and property damage.
