Police readies murder raps against brother of carjack ringleaders

MANILA, Philippines–Police investigators said Friday that they are readying criminal complaint against suspects implicated in the killing of star witness Alfred Mendiola and two others.

Senior Superintendent Bartolome Bustamante said a complaint for murder will be filed against Ryan Dominguez, younger brother of alleged carjack ringleaders Roger and Raymond, along with Mark Lacambakal, James Jimenez, and Rey Blanco.

Bustamante said CIDG is now waiting for the results of the forensic examination on the hair strands, finger prints, cigarette butts and other pieces of evidence found at the recovered Toyota Grandia owned by one of the victims identified as Eriberto Jumaquio.

Mendiola, along with two others were found dead along Dasmarinas, Cavite with gunshot wounds to their heads.
