MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Appointments (CA) confirmed on Tuesday the nominations and ad interim appointments of two ambassadors and six foreign service officials of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

No member of the CA objected to the nomination of Edgar Tomas Quilino Auxilian, Chief of Mission, Class II as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Independent State of Papua New Guinea; and Flerida Ann Camille Puzonmayo, Chief of Mission, Class II, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

No CA member also objected to the ad interim appointments of the following foreign service officers:

  • Stacy Danika Alcantara-Garcia (Foreign Service Officer II)
  • Bojer Bada Capati (Foreign Service Officer II)

  • Maria Christina Cecelia Caballero Hernandez (Foreign Service Officer II)
  • Jake Robin Sugcang Ramintas (Foreign Service Officer II)
  • Jomar Tumarong Sadie (Foreign Service Officer II)
