PDEA IN LAPU-LAPU

Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza requested the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Central Visayas to install a satellite office in their city to help solve the rampant illegal drug trade last Wednesday.

Radaza said the Lapu-Lapu Police Office could not address the city’s drug problems alone and would need the PDEA-7 agents to augment the city’s police force.

Also, the mayor called for a random drug testing on city policemen and City Hall employees.
