Group to hold 2nd Su Qing festival

TO create awareness and appreciation for the Chinese culture in the Philippines, the Cebu Dynamic Youth will once again hold the Su Qing Festival on Nov. 19, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Center.

There will be an art contest for pupils in grades 1-3, a storytelling contest for pupils from grades 4 to 6, and a singing contest for high school students.

Last year, the group organized the Su Qing Festival, an interschool Chinese cultural activity where contests ranging from singing to oratorical to art were held.
Chinese schools in the city participated.
