Estate Water celebrates 8 years in water, wastewater service industry

Estate Water, a subsidiary of Manila Water Philippine Ventures that delivers world-class water and wastewater services to leading property developers in the Philippines, marks its 8th year of operations.

Estate Water was created in 2015 but formalized in 2016 as an exclusive provider of water and wastewater services in Ayala Land properties and other developments in and out of Manila Water’s service area.

Since then, it has expanded its footprint, catering to industrial estates, residential properties, hotels, offices, mixed-use type, and large-scale township projects in 45 cities and municipalities and 17 provinces across the country, serving a total of 169,533 customers as of December 2023.

Among major projects undertaken by Estate Water is the construction, development, improvement, management and operation of water and wastewater systems in UP Technohub in Quezon City, Nuvali in Laguna, Alviera Estate in Pampanga, and Cebu IT Park in Cebu (in partnership with Ayala Land), Cavite Special Economic Zone in Cavite (in partnership with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority), Anflo Industrial Estates in Davao del Norte (in partnership with Damosa Land) and several properties owned by the SM Group.

Also under Estate Water are 3 more business units: Aqua Centro, Eco Water, and Bulacan Aqua Estates.

Aqua Centro was established to cater to real estate and property developments utilizing a model that adopts a sustainable life cycle approach from planning, designing, financing, and implementation, and operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems.

Eco Water was created for the provision of service to private locators and properties managed by PEZA.

Bulacan Aqua Estates is the water provider of Grand Royale, Royale Estates 1 and 2, Woodlands of Grand Royale, Dream Crest Homes, Casa Royale, Casa Buena de Pulilan, San Vicente Homes, and Las Palmas Subdivision, and other property developers in the province of Bulacan.

Aside from standard water and wastewater services, Estate Water also offers specialized water treatment such as distillation, desalination, ultra and nanofiltration, specialized wastewater treatment such as STP tertiary treatments, desludging, heavy metals wastewater treatment and water re-use, network services and water loss management and water quality testing.
