1,809 pass architecture board exam; UE-Caloocan grad is topnotcher
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) on Wednesday announced that 1,809 out of 2,933 examinees passed the January 2024 architecture licensure examination.
The exams were held on January 24 and 26.
Sherilyn Baniago from the University of the East-Caloocan topped the examination with a rating of 85.50 percent, followed by Jearlene Lipa from the Manuel S. Enverga University-Lucena City, and Julian Medina, from the De La Salle University- Dasmariñas with identical ratings of 85.30 percent and Kryzia Ortiz of the University of the Philippines-Diliman who had a rating of 84.70 percent. University of Santo Tomas was named as the sole top-performing school with 50 or more successful examinees and with at least an 80 percent passing percentage. A total of 110 out of 134 examinees from UST hurdled the board examination for an 82.09 percent percentage.The PRC said that the date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced at a later date.
