Free theoretical driving course at LTO – Pasay on Feb. 1-2

MANILA, Philippines — Applicants for student driver’s license may avail of a free 15-hour theoretical driving course (TCD) at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Pasay City, the agency announced on Wednesday.

The TDC will be conducted on February 1 and 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and available on limited slots only, said the LTO-National Capital Region in a Facebook post.

It will be held at the LTO Pasay City Licensing Center- Driver’s Education Center.

“To avail of the free seminar, please apply the form through this link: https://forms.gle/i4dQhe9dHCWSzBZW7,” the agency said.

It also reminded applicants that confirmed appointments are non-transferable.

Applicants also need to provide their active email address, where the confirmation of the schedule will be sent.

The received confirmation will serve as proof of their booking schedule and serve as a pass for entering the office premises, the LTO said.

It also added that applicants must attend both sessions face-to-face.
