Fire razes 10 houses in Rizal town

Another fire broke out in Taytay, Rizal, on Easter Sunday (April 9), the third blaze in two days.

LUCENA CITY — A fire of still unknown origin broke out late Sunday, Jan. 28, in Taytay town in Rizal province, razing 10 houses, police said.

According to Police Region 4A, the affected houses in Barangay Muzon were all made of light materials.

No casualties or serious injuries were reported.

The fire was declared under control 30 minutes after it started at 7:55 p.m.

Firemen were still conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the blaze. INQ
