24,817 road mishaps, 142 deaths in QC

Quezon City reported the highest number of road accidents among Metro Manila’s cities and lone municipality last year, with 24,817 accidents resulting in 142 deaths, according to the recent Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Metro Manila Accident Reporting and Analysis System.
