LTO hotline unavailable on Jan 20 due to system maintenance

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) - National Capital Region (NCR) reached around P8.1 billion revenue for this year, according to its director, Roque Verzosa III.

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) said on Friday that the hotline of its Central Command Center will be unavailable on Saturday January 20, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

According to the LTO, this is due to maintenance works that will be done in the LTO Central Compound.

“The LTO Central Command Center wishes to inform the public that our 24/7 hotline (1-342-586) will be temporarily unavailable on January 20, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.,” it said in its Facebook post.

“This interruption is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance work conducted by Meralco at the LTO Central Compound,” it added.

The agency added that hotline services will be resumed promptly after the maintenance work is finished.

“Rest assured, our hotline services will be reinstated promptly upon the completion of the maintenance work,” the LTO continued.

“We apologize for any disruption this may cause and thank you for your cooperation,” it added.
