MANILA, Philippines — In a world brimming with turmoil, a New York-based Filipino psychotherapist unveils the keys to tame the mind by integrating psycho-spiritual practices into one’s daily life.
The event titled “Taming the Wild Mind: A Psycho-Spiritual Approach to Daily Living” promises to guide participants on a journey toward mental well-being and self-discovery.
The mind is like a wild horse, with more than half of its thoughts wandering to the past or traveling to the future, so says Brahma Kumaris (BK) QC, which organized the public program.
The program will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, at the Gateway Gallery Small Room, 5th Floor, Gateway Tower, Gen. Aguinaldo Avenue, Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City.
