DOH says Baguio City water being checked due to diarrhea outbreak
The Department of Health (DOH) said an examination of water sources in Baguio City is ongoing after Mayor Benjamin Magalong declared a diarrhea outbreak in the country’s summer capital.
The spike in diarrhea cases began on December 21 last year, according to preliminary findings from the Baguio City Health Office.
US Embassy: Fuel transfer done via ‘proper channels, contracts’

In a statement, US Embassy Spokesperson Kanishka Gangopadhyay said the transfer is one of the multiple shipments of safe and clean fuel from the US military facility in Pearl Harbor to another location.
