The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that most parts of the country will see rain and cloudy skies due to three weather systems: northeast monsoon, shear line, and easterlies.
Aside from that, cloud clusters were spotted in the eastern part of Mindanao, which could bring rains over the Davao Region and parts of the Caraga Administrative Region.
Meanwhile, the state weather bureau said that it is not monitoring any low pressure area and the chances of developing a cyclone within the next few days remain low.
