MANILA, Philippines — Fire hit a residential area in Manila on Sunday afternoon, according to Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
BFP said the blaze broke out along Charcoal Street, Barangay 739 in San Andres at 3:59 p.m.
It reached the first alarm by 4:06 p.m.
The incident was under control at around 4:23 p.m.
BFP said firefighters were able to put out the blaze at 4:42 p.m.
The bureau deployed around five trucks and an ambulance in the area.
There are no reports yet on the number of injured or if there are fatalities.
The cause of the fire is also still unknown.
