MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ordered the renaming of five Philippine National Police (PNP) camps and lots while giving three other police properties after notable officers, said the Palace on Wednesday.
In Proclamation No. 429, Marcos ordered the renaming of five PNP camps and real properties.

“It is fitting to give honor to former servicemen who have shown patriotism, courage, and dedication in serving the provinces and municipalities to which they are assigned, and distinguished themselves in their service to the nation, by way of naming PNP facilities in their honor,” Marcos said in the order.

The five newly named and renamed offices in the proclamation include:
- Camp Brigadier General Ludovico Padilla Arejola in Pasacao, Camarines Sur
- Camp Captain Salvador Jaucian Del Rosario Sr., in Bicol
- Camp Colonel Juan Querubin Miranda (formerly the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office)
- Camp Police Max Jim Ramirez Tria (formerly the 504th Maneuver Company Regional Mobile Force Battalion 5)
- Camp Brigadier General Efigenio C. Navarro (formerly the Camp Efiganio C Navaro, Police Regional Office Mimaropa Headquarters)
Notably, Tria was one of the PNP Special Action Force officers who died in the Mamasapano clash in 2014.
In a separate order, Marcos named three PNP properties in Proclamation No. 430 as follows:
- Camp General Paulino T. Santos, Police Regional Office 12
- Camp Private Andres P. Dadizon, Police Regional Office 8
- Camp 2LT Carlos Rafael Pax Imperial, Police Regional Office 5
