CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — The discovery and seizure of some P55,200,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) at the customs port here led to the arrest of a former overseas Filipino worker in Trece Martires, Cavite in a “controlled delivery” operation on Tuesday night, December 19.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 said the package from Long Beach, California, in the United States arrived at the port of Clark on December 17.
