Embracing the Christmas spirit, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) handed out grocery packs to motorists in the middle of Edsa on Tuesday.

MANILA, Philippines — Embracing the Christmas spirit, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) handed out grocery packs to motorists in the middle of Edsa on Tuesday.

MMDA acting chair Don Artes led the distribution, joined by other MMDA officials.

According to the MMDA in an advisory, Artes and MMDA enforcers handed out the grocery packs to select motorists along Edsa in front of the Baliwag terminal.
