Marijuana plants uprooted in Balamban
FULLY grown marijuana plants were uprooted in barangay Magsaysay, Balamban town, midwest Cebu.
No one was arrested when 558 marijuana plants were uprooted last Wednesday morning in sitio Sandayong, about 10 kilometers from the main road.
PO1 Landy Divinagracia of the Balamban police said the lot where the marijuana plants were planted is owned by brothers Rolando, Francisco and Cerilo Bacon and Antonio Lubas
A follow-up investigation will be made to identify the cultivators of the marijuana plantation, said police./REPORTER RHEA RUTH V. ROSELL
