Missing light plane found ‘somewhere’ in San Mariano, Isabela – exec

MANILA, Philippines — A missing light plane with two people on board was found in Isabela province on Tuesday morning, a local government official said.

Isabela province’s public information officer Joshua Hapinat told INQUIRER.net over the phone that the plane was located somewhere in San Mariano.

Hapinat said no information was available regarding the condition of the two individuals aboard the plane.

The air taxi plane registered under tail number RP-C1234 was flown by Capt. Levy Abul II, who had an unidentified passenger on board.

The plane took off from the Cauayan airport at 9:39 a.m. on November 30 and lost communication with the airport tower several minutes later.
