Complaints were filed against Police Major Allan de Castro and three others for kidnapping and illegal detention.

According to Criminal Investigation and Detection Group director Major General Romeo Caramat, De Castro invoked his right to remain silent on the case.

Fajardo said police are waiting for the results of the blood tests on the samples found in the vehicle that was abandoned in Batangas.

Witnesses had said the vehicle was similar to the one in which Camilon‘s body was allegedly boarded.

“Sa hinihintay na po nating resulta ng examination doon po sa dugo po na possible na blood sample na na-lift po ng forensic group doon po sa na-recover na red CR-V,” Fajardo said.
