MANILA, Philippines — The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) on Thursday said its recorded volume of travelers reached 732,573 as of November 1 during Undas, or All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.

The said number reflects passengers recorded from October 27 to November 1.

“The Naia terminals have efficiently handled a significant volume of passengers, processing a total of 732,573 during the first six days of Undas 2023,” said MIAA in a statement.

“With this remarkable progress, we remain firmly on track to achieve the projected goal of accommodating 1.2 million passengers over the 10-day period,” it added.

Furthermore, daily flights surpassed 800 on November 1, with MIAA boasting an 88 percent on-time performance.
