MANILA, Philippines — Four weather systems will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain to the country on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

State weather specialist Patrick del Mundo said that the low-pressure area (LPA), northeast monsoon (locally known as amihan), shear line (or the convergence of warm and cool winds), and localized thunderstorms will affect the country’s weather conditions throughout the day.

Visayas, Bicol Region, Mimaripa (Mindoro Occidental, Mindoro Oriental, Marinduque, Romblon, and Palawan), Quezon, and Aurora may expect cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line and trough or extension of the LPA.
