KIDAPAWAN CITY – An improvised explosive device exploded in front of the provincial satellite auditing office here shortly before 9 a.m. Monday.
Supt. Cornillo Salinas, police chief for North Cotabato, said the mobile phone-detonated bomb was left by an unidentified man.
The explosion happened just meters away from the police’s provincial headquarters.
No one was reported hurt in the blast.
