The Philippine International Convention Center Forum Tent in Pasay City buzzed with youthful energy as the curtains lifted for the grand inauguration of the National Youth, Science, Technology and Innovation Festival (NYSTIF) on Wednesday.

The event, inaugurated by Sen. Francis Tolentino, has drawn comparisons to the prestigious Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colorado, known for its annual gathering of thought leaders, innovators and visionaries.
