Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin on Thursday said Nov. 3, which falls on a Friday, is not a holiday.

Bersamin earlier said Oct. 31, Tuesday, has not been declared as a holiday despite being sandwiched between two special nonworking days.

President Marcos had declared Monday, Oct. 30, as special nonworking day for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) while Nov. 1 is observed as a special nonworking day nationwide for All Saints’ Day.

He also declared Nov. 2 as an additional special nonworking day for All Souls’ Day.

On Monday, Oct. 29, President Marcos will be in his hometown Batac City in Ilocos Norte to cast his vote for the BSKE.

In 2022, the President visited his father’s tomb at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Taguig City on All Saints’ Day.
