MANILA, Philippines — The shear line will bring rain showers to parts of eastern Luzon on Tuesday, while the northeast monsoon is expected to cool Northern Luzon, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

(Rain is expected in the Bicol region, Quezon province and Aurora because the effect of the shearline is still expected, so watch out for floods and landslides, especially in the morning.
